There are a number of ways this site works. Our services are subject to availability of the exhibition space and subject to the terms and conditions of the exhibition organisers. All exhibition spaces will be purchased in the name of EasyWare UK Ltd, the parent company of Exhibition-Share.

(1) We purchase some space at EXHIBITION X.
The amount of space we purchase depends, in part, on the popularity of the event amongst our users and the in part on the availability of space..

(2) The interested user of exhibition-share indicates the type and amount of sharing that they are interested in.
We offer are 3 types of sharing:
Time sharing (eg Company Y has exclusive use of the exhibition stand on day one or on morning of Day one); then company Z gets control of the stand after company Y's tenure expires.
Physical sharing: The physical sharing of the stall at the same time between companies that agree to this.
Proxy Representation: Company X is unable to attend the trade fair, but pays Exhibition-share a small amount to represent the company and display its products and literature on a stand at the fair

(3) The interested company pays a small deposit to exhibition-share
This is to prevent abuse. If for any reason exhibition-share is unable to provide the user with the exhibition space or service they require, then this deposit will be paid in full. On the other hand, if the exhibition goes ahead and the user does not turn up for the event, the deposit will not be refunded.

(4) Guaranteeing the Exhibition Space
Different events have different levels of popularity and while we will do our utmost to secure an exhibition space for you, we cannot guarantee that every completed booking will secure a place. In the event that we cannot secure a space for you, we will refund you payment in full within a week of the event.

As a rule of thumb, we advise that you complete your booking for an event at least 2 months before the event in order to have a good chance of getting a space. However, we stress that the most popular event are often sold out many months before the event.
